No, direct pickup from the pharmacy is not an option. However, we provide convenient alternatives for receiving your order:
DHL Packstation: You can have your order shipped to a DHL Packstation. To use this service, you need to:
Register for a DHL Account: Sign up for a DHL customer account and opt-in for the Packstation service.
Activate & Verify: After registration, DHL will send a confirmation email. Your account may be verified either by a letter to your registered address or online via the POSTIDENT procedure.
Use the DHL App: Install the Post & DHL App to receive a pickup code for your parcel. You'll need to activate your device in the app under the "Packstation" section to address your orders to the Packstation and pick them up conveniently.

Courier Tracking and Re-directing: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly from the courier. You can use this to redirect your order to a nearby pick-up point if needed.
